Overview

Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bd6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers for, or uses the bd6 platform and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, and any promotional offerings made available through the bd6 website at https://bd6.vin.

By creating an account on bd6, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. bd6 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

bd6 operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market. All communications, support interactions, promotional terms, and legal documents are provided in English. Where a Bengali translation is provided for convenience, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

Section 1

Player Eligibility

In order to register and maintain an active account on bd6, all Players must satisfy the following eligibility conditions at all times. bd6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle.

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 21 or older throughout the duration of their account.
• The Player must register using their own true legal name, date of birth, and contact information. Providing false personal details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Each Player may hold only one active account on bd6. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Players must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through bd6's tools or imposed through a third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• Players must not act as agents on behalf of any third party. All wagering activity must be for personal recreational use only and must not be conducted on behalf of any business, syndicate, or other individual.

bd6 uses automated age-verification screening at registration and may request government-issued photographic identification (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) to confirm age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request will result in account suspension until such documentation is supplied.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd6 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

  Minimum Deposit

  The minimum deposit on bd6 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however bd6 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits. All deposits are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.

  Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. For accounts that have completed full KYC verification, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

  Payment Method Matching

  Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bd6 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a different payment method or account. This measure is in place to protect Players against fraud and unauthorised account access.

  Transaction Fees

  bd6 does not charge Players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or affiliated banks) may apply their own transaction charges independent of bd6. Players are advised to consult their payment provider's published fee schedule before initiating large transactions.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bd6. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using any automated bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, interact with games, or access any part of the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or conduct matched-betting strategies across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to launder money or use bd6 as a vehicle for any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or known game glitches to obtain winnings that would not have been produced under normal operating conditions.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of another person, or acting as a proxy player for any third party regardless of whether a commercial arrangement is in place.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bd6 support staff or other Players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media directed at bd6.

bd6 employs real-time fraud detection systems that monitor wagering patterns, deposit and withdrawal behaviour, and account access logs. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bd6 will act without prior notice to suspend the relevant account and preserve evidence for investigation purposes.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content published on the bd6 platform — including but not limited to the bd6 brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, icons, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of bd6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any bd6 content without express written authorisation.

Third-party game providers whose products are accessible through bd6 retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games, branding, and associated materials. Any dispute relating to the intellectual property of a third-party game provider must be directed to that provider directly. bd6 acts solely as a distribution platform for such content and does not claim ownership of any third-party game intellectual property.

Section 9

Account Suspension and Termination

bd6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the grounds:

• Breach of any eligibility condition, including discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age or has registered using false personal information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5 of these Terms, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting software.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe following a formal verification request from bd6's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the Player's account, where bd6 is required to suspend the account pending investigation or report to relevant authorities.

Where an account is closed by bd6 for reasons other than prohibited conduct or suspected criminal activity, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and void winnings) will be returned to the Player using the Player's last registered withdrawal method within 14 business days of the account closure date.
